What is MyImpact Challenge?

MyImpact Challenge is a civic engagement contest hosted by the Bill of Rights Institute. Submission is open to US citizens and US-based young people who are between the ages of 13 and 19 and enrolled in middle or high school on January 1, 2025.

The 2024-2025 MyImpact Challenge will open September 11, 2024. Submissions must be submitted by May 18, 2025. 

Submission is open to students in all U.S. states, territories, and Armed Forces Schools Abroad.

Why Should Students Participate in MyImpact Challenge?

Through this contest, students will:

  • Learn how their community service and civic engagements project carry out the vision of the Founders and align to constitutional principles
  • Share how projects they have designed and executed are evidence of community impact and change

We've developed six lessons to help students create meaningful MyImpact Projects. Help your student learn how they can create governmental, charitable and social enterprise solutions to problems or opportunities they see around them.

The MyImpact Challenge is donor-supported. We want to thank our individual, foundation, and corporate donors.

Huddle Up partners with more than 1,000 schools to deliver IEP and 504 Plan related therapy services including Speech, Occupational and Mental Health Therapy, and School Psychology in all 50 States. Huddle Up can also provide schoolwide Mental Health Services to support entire student populations.

Scholarship GPS is dedicated to educating students and families on how to obtain a college degree without student loan debt. Scholarship GPS offers courses and coaching to guide students and parents through the process of finding the best scholarships and provides tips, tools, and strategies for creating winning applications.
