How to Participate in MyImpact Challenge?

Project Trifold

Pitch Competition

The project trifold option is for students who are actively participating in community service, volunteerism, or entrepreneurship and have created a solution-based project in Florida. Students must prepare a trifold display that:

  • explains their MyImpact Challenge project,
  • connects what they have done to BRI’s principles and virtues,
  • and illustrates community impact through visual documentation.

You’ll also share 60-90 second "elevator pitch” with our judges for a chance to win!

The pitch competition is for students who have an idea but don’t know how to get started.

Students will share an idea for a project that will help make a difference in their community and:

  • connect their project plan to the founding principles and virtues,
  • and present the project to our judges for a chance to win up to $250 in seed funding.

A Trifold presentation of your project is a visual way to sum up your project essays and report. The main idea is for judges to be able to gather the most pertinent information about your project at a glance!

Keep in mind, trifold judges have not read essays or reports, and they only have 5 minutes to evaluate your project. So, make sure your summaries are clear, CONCISE, and that your layout follows the format.

Your trifold will be judged based on content and visual appeal and will account for 1/3 of your final project score.
