Handout B: Attitude Inventory – Who Should Protect Our Fundamental Freedoms?

Directions: Circle whether you agree or disagree with each statement. Complete this survey twice: once before you read Handout A and once after you have read Handout A.

Agree/Disagree Agree/Disagree 9. If different states have different laws about things like gambling, drinking age, speed limits, etc., that is a good thing. States are more likely to pass laws in the best interests of their citizens.
