Rachel Davison Humphries

Senior Director, Civic Learning Initiatives

Rachel Davison Humphries is the Senior Director of Civic Learning Initiatives at the Bill of Rights Institute. She leads the team that leads outreach initiatives, develops new programs and products, fosters close relationships with BRI’s network of 50,000 teachers, and designs the marketing campaigns. Before joining BRI in 2016, Rachel worked for almost a decade as an educator, mentor and trainer in middle, high school, and university environments, and continues to consult on various educational projects. Rachel earned her B.A. in Liberal Arts from the Great Books program at St. Johns College, in Annapolis, Maryland, her teaching certificate in Adolescent Education from the Association Montessori Internationale, and her M.A. in Learning, Design, & Technology at Georgetown University.
