Development Project Manager

Jennifer Lai joined the Bill of Rights Institute team in 2023 as a Development Project Manager.

Jennifer has successfully assisted her client’s annual appeals, special projects, and planned giving efforts. Her efforts have concentrated on impactful direct-response fundraising to motivate major donors.

Prior to joining the Bill of Rights Institute, Jennifer worked for several premier fundraising agencies. She expertly planned, executed, and managed successful high-dollar fundraising programs for national and state-based clients.

Throughout Jennifer’s professional tenure, she has been proud to serve organizations such as George Washington’s Mount Vernon, The James Madison Institute, The Fund for American Studies, State Policy Network, Mercatus Center, The Leadership Institute, Habitat for Humanity, United States Olympic Committee, Paralyzed Veterans of America, and many others.

Jennifer loves the mission of the Bill of Rights Institute and believes we need to educate the next generation about the founding principles of history that make America extraordinary. She is excited to work at the Bill of Rights Institute and sees this as an opportunity to invest in the future of our country.

Jennifer has a B.A degree in business specializing in marketing, magna cum laude from Marymount University.
