Isabel first began her journey with Incubate as a student in Lakeland, Florida. Now serving as the Program Coordinator for the region where she once competed, Isabel is dedicated to furthering Incubate Debate’s mission. Her passion lies in empowering students from all backgrounds to become powerful leaders and communicators.
