Your Community Impact Contest application includes four parts. Review each requirement below and use the checklist before submitting your completed application.

Pitch Video
Tell the story of your project, the community you serve, what you accomplished, and how the experience helped you grow.
Impact Summary Sheet
Give judges a quick snapshot of your project by answering the prompts using only the space provided.
Civics in Action Reflection
Reflect on how Civic Virtues and America's Founding Principles influenced the way you approached your Community Impact Project.
Project Visuals
Show your project in action through photos, video, or a combination of both.
Pitch Video
Your Pitch Video can be creative and unique to you, but it must answer all six of the following questions.
Your video is not scored on special effects or production skills. A simple video of you speaking to the camera can earn the same score as a highly edited video. Focus on communicating clearly and effectively.

Your Impact Summary Sheet gives judges a quick overview of your project. Answer each prompt using only the space provided.

Civics in Action Reflection
Reflect on your Community Impact Project and how Civic Virtues and America's Founding Principles influenced the way you served your community.
Your reflection must be no more than 750 words. You will be scored on content, not form.
Project Visuals
Your Project Visuals should tell the story of your work without words. They can be included in your Pitch Video or uploaded separately.
You may also include statistics, charts, graphs, or other visualized data if they help tell your project's story. These may be submitted as JPEG, PNG, or PDF.
Project Visuals should not show the faces of anyone under age 18. If minors appear in your photos or videos, blur or cover their faces before submitting.
