What is Debate & Leadership Institute?
Debate & Leadership Institute is a 5-day student program brought to you in partnership with Founding Forward and The Bill of Rights Institute and hosted in Valley Forge, PA. The program includes expert-led discussions, real-world debate training, a competitive tournament, and a tour of historic Philadelphia, PA. All interested students are invited to attend the program.

- Students entering 10th, 11th, or 12th grade
- Rising leaders seeking to improve & strengthen public speaking & debate
- Written prompts and letter of recommendation
How Much Does Debate & Leadership Institute Cost?
The full cost of attendance for Debate & Leadership Institute is $1,150. This cost includes lectures, room and board, all meals, site visits, and program materials. A $150 fee is required at the time of registration. If a student has been accepted, they will be sent a registration form which must be completed in order to attend the program.
Scholarships are granted to accepted attendees of Debate & Leadership Institute for the full cost of attendance. Students will be notified of their acceptance and scholarship status. All qualified applicants will be considered, regardless of ability to pay.
