Manager, Program Partnerships

Shaelynn Farnsworth is the Manager, Program Partnerships at the Bill of Rights Institute, collaborating with school districts, state agencies, and education organizations to expand access to high-quality civics and history education. She works closely with partners to ensure programs are implemented with fidelity, aligned to standards, and responsive to educator and student needs.

Shaelynn brings extensive experience in education, professional learning, and program implementation. A data-driven leader, she has successfully scaled initiatives nationwide while strengthening long-term partner relationships.

Prior to joining BRI, she was as a classroom teacher, a school improvement consultant at an education agency in Iowa and has held leadership roles within national education nonprofits. She holds both a B.A. and M.A in Education from The University of Northern Iowa. Shaelynn is committed to equipping educators with the tools and confidence to foster informed, engaged, and thoughtful civic participation among students.
