Kaela joined the Bill of Rights Institute in January 2024, bringing with her a background in education and non-profit experience. Prior to joining BRI, Kaela served as a global education coordinator and middle school social studies teacher, where she taught subjects such as US History, Civics, and Global Minds. Her expertise extends beyond the classroom, showcasing proficiency in project management. Possessing a B.A. in International Studies with a minor in International Development and Humanitarian Assistance from the University of Florida, Kaela combines academic prowess with hands-on experience. Her commitment lies in the continuous enhancement of educational experiences that empower both students and teachers. Kaela is excited to join the BRI team and help shape a future where education is a catalyst for empowerment and understanding.
