Jessica Moore is the Technologist for the Innovation Lab at the Bill of Rights Institute, bringing over a decade of experience working in tech startups and enterprise environments, untangling complex problems, and creating simpler flexible solutions. Before joining BRI, she was a senior product designer for GiveCampus, Peach Finance, Silicon Valley Bank, and other educational tech companies where she built new 0-1, and simplified complex legacy systems, in order to make software more accessible for users. She earned her BA in Brain & Cognitive Science and Linguistics at the University of Rochester.
