Director, Financial Planning and Analysis
Scott started his career at the Bill of Rights Institute in 2021 as a finance and strategic member of the operations team, where he is responsible for business planning, financial forecasting, reporting and analysis. Before joining the Institute, he held FP&A roles in the research, education, and sports apparel industries. Scott earned his M.S. in applied economics from Michigan State University and his B.S. in economics from Towson University.
