Kiley joined BRI in the fall of 2020. Kiley specializes in partner relationships, and brings to her position at the Institute 20+ years of experience in the nonprofit sector from around the world. Prior to joining the BRI, Kiley served in the government sector for the U.S. Army. She received her B.S. in Political Science from The University of Oklahoma and an M.A. in Political Science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
