Parenting for Civic Engagement: A Parent Workshop
Join the Bill of Rights Institute in Colorado Springs on Friday, April 5, 2019, for a free parent workshop entitled “Parenting for Civic Engagement.”
At this workshop, we will be providing you with speakers, activities, and strategies to engage your teens in dialogue about current events, and help them become informed, active citizens.
As topics like protests, threats to privacy and civil rights dominate your teen’s media, we want to come alongside you and explore how you can you use these issues to teach them about the underlying principles behind the Constitution, virtue, and character. Click here to view the PDF flyer.
