UMKC To Hold Symposium on 40 Years of Landmark School Supreme Court Cases

The University of Missouri-Kansas City Law School and Law Review will hold a symposium titled “40 Years of Landmark Supreme Court Cases: Through the Eyes of Those Who Were There.”  The program will be held September 20-21, 2012 and will feature cases like Tinker v.
