Educating Young People about the Constitution

The Bill of Rights Institute is the leading non-partisan organization dedicated to educating young people about the words, ideas, and principles of America’s Founders.

Nora Faris is one of two million students we’ve prepared to defend the Constitution. A winner of the Institute’s 2010-2011 Being an American Essay Contest, Nora possesses a strong understanding of the Constitution and its role in preserving individual liberty.

“It is important for young people to learn about the Constitution and its Founding principles because, as Ronald Reagan once said, ‘Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on’.”  – Nora Faris
