Religious Liberty: The American Experiment- Newark/Jersey City, NJ

The Bill of Rights Institute is hosting a free one-day professional development seminar titled Religious Liberty: The American Experiment. This seminar  is for Social Studies teachers, and will be most applicable to  grades 8-12. The program will be held at Hudson Community College’s  Culinary Conference Center, located at  161 Newkirk Street, Jersey City, NJ 07306. The seminar begins at 7:30 A.M. with registration and breakfast, and concludes at 2:30 P.M. Complimentary breakfast and lunch are provided.

Program Details

  • Program Location: The Culinary Conference Center at Hudson County Community College,
    161 Newkirk Street.
    Jersey City, NJ 07306.
    The program will take place in Building E, in the Scott Ring Room, on the second floor.
  • Parking: Parking is free to program participants in the Culinary Conference Center’s parking garage. The Institute will provide parking validations upon the conclusion of the program. Directions to the parking garage and general directions to the Conference Center are available here.
  • Directions: The Culinary Conference Center in Building E will be on your left directly across from parking garage.  Proceed up to the  2nd floor to the Scott Ring Room.
  • Breakfast and Registration begin at 7:30am, with the program sessions starting promptly at 8:00am. A complete agenda for the day is available here.
